Rates

• $165 - 85 minute intake assessment session.

• $140 - 55 minute individual therapy session.

Insurance

I am in-network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.

I am considered out-of-network with all other insurance plans. You can learn more about out-of-network benefits here and see an example of how it works here.

Verification of Benefits

If you plan to use your insurance, it’s your responsibility to understand your benefits. You can use the number on the back of your insurance card to call your insurance provider directly to check your benefits. I recommend asking the following questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits for therapy:

• What are my benefits for outpatient mental health office visits?

• Does my plan cover CPT codes 90791 and 90837?

• Do I have a deductible to meet before services are covered?

• Does my plan cover telehealth appointments?

• What is my copay due at the time of service?

Payment

I require that all clients keep a valid credit/debit card on file at all times which will automatically be run for any balance (copay, coinsurance, late cancellation fee) owed at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance otherwise a late cancellation fee of $140 will apply. Insurance does not cover fees for missed appointments.
